"A national joke"

POSTED May 22, 2012 1:50 p.m.

With its fixation on costly recall elections, Wisconsin has become a national joke catering to the whims of union bosses.

It would be funny if it was not so serious, and so expensive with funds needed for other essential programs being wasted on this foolishness.

We should be paying attention to what’s happening in Indiana, and some 30 other states, where they have adopted right-to-work laws and are now able to attract businesses and jobs and thus prosper more than states dominated by labor unions While they prosper, Wisconsin is bogged down with recall petitions, mid-term elections. and a variety of other anti-government demonstrations. It’s a losing proposition.
