ATV/UTV work session produces no agreement

Incidental take notice and amendment for Richland, Iowa and Grant counties

BOSCOBEL – A proposed electrical transmission line project from Boscobel to Lone Rock may result in the "incidental taking" of a rare turtle under an authorization amendment the Department of Natural Resources proposes to issue for the project. Incidental take refers to the unintentional loss of individual endangered or threatened animals or plants that does not put the overall population of the species at risk.

Bender’s Foods property closing announced

The Fennimore Common Council received a pair of significant dates during updates on the city property that will be the home of Bender's Foods soon. Mayor Ryan Boebel informed the council during their meeting Tuesday, June 12 that the closing on the property that would transfer ownership from the city to the business was scheduled on June 18 at 10:30 a.m. A groundbreaking ceremony and luncheon were planned the following day, Tuesday, June 19 at 11 a.m.

RMAS Board enters closed session jointly with City of Darlington

Write-in candidate seeks school board vacancy
