Wind Farm holds a dedication and ribbon cutting

DARLINGTON – A dedication for the Quilt Block Wind Farm (QBWF) took place at the Darlington Country Club in Friday, Nov. 10 at 11:00 a.m. The dedication was put on by Dairyland Power Cooperative and EDP Renewables North America. Approximately 80 attendees were served lunch, listened to speeches and held a ribbon cutting ceremony.

RCHS alum donates to Warehouse restoration

Sally (Giese) Knight, RCHS Class of '67 and Jane Nee, RCHS Class of '67, recently paid a visit to the A.D. German Warehouse for a tour. Sally presented the A.D. German Warehouse Conservancy, Inc. (ADGWC) with a gift of $10,000 to be used in the restoration of the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed building. Both classmates appreciate the building's history and the future benefits it will provide to the economic development of Richland Center's downtown area and want to be involved.
