Pop Factory Players perform “Chicago”

The Pop Factory Players are proud to announce that this year's production will be "Chicago," with a legendary book by Fred Ebb and Bob Fosse, choreography from Bob Fosse, and music by John Kander. "Chicago" is now the number one longest running American musical in Broadway history. "Chicago" was the winner of 6 Tony Awards, including Best Musical Revival, and the Grammy Award for Best Musical Cast Recording. To top this off, it also won the 2002 Academy Award for Best Picture.

Berger’s band ushers in new year

A dance and bountiful potluck meal were enjoyed by a large crowd at the Center Café Banquet Hall in Richland Center last Saturday afternoon. Movie review: Justice League

For those of you who don't know, the Justice League is a group of DC superheroes (Batman, Superman, Wonder Woman, and more) all teamed up to defend the world from the biggest threat. There are comics, a cartoon series, and some video games that starred the Justice League. However, there wasn't a single live action film version of the Justice League until today. The DC Extended Universe has some ups and downs. The ups are the most actors portraying their characters perfectly, the action scenes, and the recent film "Wonder Woman." The downs are the stories being confusing ...

‘North Woods Nonsense’ opens this weekend

The play 'North Woods Nonsense' opens this weekend at Richland Center High School, with performances on Friday, November 10, and Saturday, November 11, at 7:00 p.m. in the RCHS auditorium. Moosehead Lodge comes alive with many interesting characters and plenty of wild animals. Admission is $5.00 for adults and $3.00 for students.
