OSHKOSH-University of Wisconsin Oshkosh officials have announced the names of students who qualified for the University's Dean's List and Honor Roll in the fall semester of the 2016 fall semester. On the Dean's list from the area is: Keegan Morley of Cassville, Dean's List.
LA CROSSE-The following students completed degree requirements at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in December. The 52nd annual Midyear Commencement was held at the La Crosse Center Sunday, Dec. 18.
NORTHFIELD, MINN.-The following local student was named to the St. Olaf College dean's list for the fall 2016 semester: Whitney Zenz of Lancaster, Mathematics, Chemistry, Lancaster Senior High School, Lancaster, daughter of James and Robin Zenz.
WHITEWATER-Stephanie Tranel from Lancaster, who studied finance, was one of many University of Wisconsin-Whitewater students to land a job before winter commencement. Students accepted job offers from all over the state and Midwest.
PINE CITY, MINN.-Pine Technical & Community College is pleased to announce the fall 2016 honor students, including Joseph Mumm of Lancaster, Dean's List. Full-time students who have received a 4.0 GPA for fall semester are included on the President's List. Full-time students who earn a GPA of 3.0-3.9 are included on the Dean's List. Part-time students who are enrolled in 6-11 credits and have maintained a GPA of 3.5 are named to the Notable Achievement List.

FENNIMORE-The Dean's List is made up of students enrolled in associate degree and technical diploma programs who have completed 12 or more credits during the semester and earned a grade point average (GPA) of 3.0 or higher for the semester (non-cumulative). Part-time students enrolled in associate degree and technical diploma programs are eligible for the Deans' List once a minimum of 12 credits has been completed. Honors are not awarded to students who have an "I," "IP," or "F" grade on their semester transcript.
