UW-La Crosse announces May graduates

LA CROSSE—The following students completed degree requirements at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in May. The 106th annual Spring Commencement was held at the La Crosse Center Saturday, May 14.
UW-La Crosse, founded in 1909, is one of the 13 four-year institutions in the University of Wisconsin System. UW-L has more than 10,400 students enrolled in 94 undergraduate and 26 graduate academic programs.
UW-La Crosse - www.uwlax.edu - ranks No. 4 overall among Midwestern public universities, as well as Wisconsin’s top regional public university in U.S. News & World Report’s 2016 College Guide. The university is the only Wisconsin higher education institution on a list of the 24 Best College Values under $30,000 a Year by Kiplinger’s magazine.
Area students are: Katherine Lucas of Lancaster, Bachelor of Science, Biochemistry Major; Tricia Petrowitz of Lancaster, Bachelor of Arts, Psychology Major; Jordan Recker of Lancaster, Bachelor of Science, Biology Major: Biomedical Science Concentration; and Rachael Schaefer of Potosi, Bachelor of Science, Biology Major.
