Jim and Shirley (Schilling) Acherman were married Aug. 4, 1962, at St. Michael’s Catholic Church in Calamine. They have four daughters: Tammy (Jeff) Zeller, Union Grove; Theresa Acherman, Milwaukee; Jamie (Heath) Hartwig, Darlington; and Jessie (Dan) Belanger, De Forest. They are also blessed with nine grandchildren. Jim and Shirley’s family and friends are invited to an open house on Sunday, Aug. 5, from 1 to 4 p.m. at Bridges Restaurant in Darlington.
