John and Carol Huehne, Platteville, were married June 27, 1964 at the Lutheran Church of Peace in Platteville.
They are blessed with four wonderful children, Julie (the late Jim) Schwartz, Jill (Scott) Oomens, Jon (Kristen) Huehne and Jeremy (Wendy) Huehne.
They are also blessed with five amazing grandchildren, Jacob and Trevor Oomens, and Alex, Max and Lexie Huehne.
They will celebrate with a family dinner and a trip to Osage Beach, Mo., with the family.
