Alan Schwantes and Dolores Hahn were married Feb. 17, 1955 at St. Clement Church in Lancaster by Fr. William Bruan.
An open house celebration is being held at the Eckstein Building at the Grant County Fairgrounds on Feb. 8 from 11:30 a.m.-2 p.m. given by their five children, Joseph (Karla), Nancy (Dan) Pagenkopf, Judy (Al) Mumm, David (Renee) and Amy Olson. They have 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
