The children of Robert and Joanne Stelpflug happily announce their parents’ 60th wedding anniversary.
Bob and Joanne were married on Sept. 12, 1955 in Dubuque, Iowa. They were blessed to raise their children, Gary (Chris) of Lancaster, Connie (deceased), Pat (Karla) of Potosi and Doug (Erin) of Franksville, on the family farm in Potosi.
Bob worked on the farm and drove school bus; Joanne worked on the farm, Orchard Manor and drove school bus. After retiring, they spent many winters in Florida. Later on they moved off the family farm to Lancaster. Bob and Joanne have enjoyed woodworking, gardening, fishing, sewing, spending time with family, which includes siblings, children and their 14 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
They will celebrate quietly with their family at home.
