Wednesday, Sept. 6—Zachary and Bethany Howard, a daughter, Betty Rose Howard, 6 pounds 7 ounces, 19.5 inches long, born at 1:30 p.m. at The Birthing Center at Southwest Health in Platteville. She joins brothers, Daven 10, Weston 6 and Dorian 5, and sisters, Daphne 2 and Esther 11 months. Grandparents are Keith and Roberta Glasson of Potosi, Daphne and Todd Lundstrom of Gwinn, Mont., and Pete Howard and Patti Quision of South Glen Falls, N.Y. Great-grandparents are Betty Crawford of Chandler, Ariz., Robert Howard of Marquette, Mich., and Dick and Donna Ol.
