Wednesday, Sept. 14—Roy and Heather Kramer of Eastman, sons Cosmas John Kramer, 5 pounds 8.6 ounces, 181/2   inches long, born at 1:46 p.m. and Damian Kenneth Kramer, 5 pounds 10.7 ounces, 183/4  inches long, born at 1:54 p.m. at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster.  They join siblings Rachel, Matthew, Samuel, Isaac, Lydia, Madelyn, Benjamin, Colette, Simon and Paul Grandparents are Cal and Janice Kramer and Rich and Fay Pergande.
