Tuesday, Dec. 8—Joseph and Megan Neeley of Bagley, a son, Cyrus John Neeley, 5 pounds 7 ounces, 17.5 inches long, born at 10:16 a.m. at Gundersen Lutheran in La Crosse. He joins a sibling, Zoey Nichole Neeley, age 5. Grandparents are Jim and Ginny Neeley of Bloomington, Kara Hoffman and Larry Reese of Iowa.
