Jamie Ackley and Bill Smith of Darlington are the parents of a son, Franklin Benjamin Smith, born Oct. 28, 2013 at Memorial Hospital of Lafayette County in Darlington. He weighed 6 pounds, 13 ounces and was 20.09 inches long. Franklin joins one sibling: James, 8.
