Friday, Jan. 23—Joel and Christie Belstra of Fennimore, a son, Glen L. Belstra, 7 pounds 14 ounces, 20.5 inches long, born at 11:32 a.m. at Grant Regional Health Center. He joins a sister, Lily. Grandparents are Jeff and Jane Belstra of Fennimore and Carol and George Peeper of Doylestown.
