Friday, Nov. 23—Noah and Katie Haas of Champaign, Ill., a daughter, Josie Kate Haas, 8 pounds 5 ounces, 21 inches long, born at 4:34 a.m. at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Ill. She joins a sister, Ellie, 19 months. Grandparents are Randy and Luanne Rogers of Platteville and Dick and Pat Haas of Rice Lake. Her great-grandparents are Charles and Cecilia Breihan of Lancaster, Dean and LaVon Rogers of Cuba City, and Jack and Rosemary Haas of Northfield, Minn.
