Wednesday, Oct. 25—Daniel and Abby Allen of Platteville, a daughter, Lauren Elizabeth Allen, 7 pounds 1 ounce, 20 inches long, born at 5:31 a.m. at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. She joins a sibling, Emma. Grandparents are Tim and Ann Terrill and Rick and Kiren Wegner.
