Michael and Lanessa Goforth, Benton, announce the birth of their son, Malachi Ray Goforth, at 1:38 p.m. on Friday, May 1 at Southwest Health in Platteville.
Malachi weighed 6 pounds, 4 ounces and was 20 inches long. He joins a brother, Michael Jr., 19 months. He also joins four sisters, Jayla, 7, Ava, 4, Jaliya, 3, and Mikaela, 19 months.
Grandparents are William and Nancy Goforth, Potosi, and John and Vanessa Germany, Madison.
Great-grandparents are Rosemary and James Howard, Madison, and Robert and Rose Funk, Cuba City.
Great-great-grandparents are Barbara Jean and Jack Ellis, Indianola, Miss.
