Philip and Rebekah Parker, Belmont, announce the birth of their daughter, Phebe Jo Parker, at 8:08 p.m. on Monday, June 24 at Southwest Health Center.
Phebe weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19.5 inches long. She joins two sisters, Abigail, 14, and Lydia, 10.
Grandparents are Constance and the late Ralph Parker, Brasher Falls, N.Y., and Alan and the late Julia Craig, Platteville.
Phebe’s father is an environmental engineering professor at UW–Platteville and her mother is a stay-at-home mom.
