Thursday, May 23— Kylie (Droessler) and Ben Burns of La Crosse, a son, Samuel Thomas, 7 pounds 14 ounces, 20 inches long, born at 7:16 p.m. He joins a brother, Henry Joseph, 22 months. Grandparents are Luann Droessler and the late Joe Droessler of Potosi and Tom and Pat Burns of Hudson.
