Friday, March 3—David and Jenny Dixon of Lancaster, a daughter, Tessa Lynn Dixon, 6 pounds 9 ounces, 21.5 inches long, born at 9:19 p.m. at Grant Regional Health Center in Lancaster. She joins a sibling, Tyler. Grandparents are Bruce and Debbie Belscamper and Dennis and Debbie Dixon.
