Heather Lynn Bevan and Andrew Allen Tysma, Moline, Ill., announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. The wedding ceremony will be at 2 p.m. on Nov. 16 at First English Lutheran Church in Platteville. A reception will follow at the Arthur House.
Parents of the future bride are Jamie Bevan and Barb and Brian Okey, all of Platteville. Parents of the future groom are John and Renee Tysma, East Moline, Ill.
Heather is a 2008 graduate of Platteville High School. In 2012, she graduated from UW–Platteville. She is a CIS clerk at The National Bank.
Andrew is a 2006 graduate of United Township High School. He works in technical services for the City of Rock Island, Ill.
