Richard and Lee Gill of Shullsburg are pleased to announce the upcoming marriage of their daughter, Ashley Elizabeth, to Kevin Randall Frontz, son of Randall and Cathy Frontz of Belmont.
    The bride-to-be is a 2005 graduate of Shullsburg High School. She attended Madison Area Technical College and graduated in 2011 from Empire Beauty School as a licensed aesthetician. She is employed as a Human Resource Specialist at Kunkel and Associates in Dubuque, Iowa.
    The groom-to-be is a 2004 graduate of Belmont High School and a 2008 graduate of UW-Platteville with a Bachelor’s degree in Building Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration. He is employed as a project manager at Westphal and Company Electrical Construction in Dubuque, Iowa.
    The couple will be united in marriage on Dec. 28, 2013 at Centenary United Methodist Church in Shullsburg. A reception will follow at Hotel Julien in Dubuque, Iowa. The couple plan to live in Dubuque.
