Cynthia Pickel of Potosi and Jeremy “Gomer” Reding of Cassville announce their engagement and upcoming marriage. The wedding ceremony will be at 1 p.m. on Aug. 4 at Saint Andrew Catholic Church in Potosi. A reception and dance will follow at Holiday Gardens in Potosi.
Parents of the future bride are Leroy and the late Gloria Pickel of Potosi. Parents of the future groom are John and  Janet Reding of Cassville.
Cynthia graduated from Potosi High School and Clarke University. She is currently employed at Southwest Health Center Nursing Home.
Jeremy graduated from Cassville High School and is currently employed at Epic Construction.
