Michael and Julianne Wiegel of Poplar Grove, Ill. and David and Colleen Ingwell of Rewey are proud to announce the engagement of their children Dr. Liana Michelle Wiegel and Donald Lawrence Ingwell of Lake Stevens, Wash.
The bride to be is a 2003 graduate of New Glarus High School, received a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from UW Madison in 2012 and is currently an equine veterinarian at Pilchuck Veterinary Hospital in Snohomish, Wash.
The future groom is a 2003 graduate of Darlington High School, received his master’s degree in kinesiology and is currently completing his mechanical engineering degree in Washington. He is employed by CTH International in South Everett, Wash. where he does 3D computer modeling.
Liana is the granddaughter of Ronald and Patricia Black of Darlington and the late John and Rose Wiegel of Darlington.
Donald is the grandson of Helen and the late Donald Polkinghorn of Mineral Point and the late Marian and Lawrence Ingwell of Darlington.
The wedding will take place on June 14, 2014 at Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming. Receptions will be held at Dornan’s Pavillion in Moose, Wyo. and on Aug. 16 at Bridges in Darlington.
