The new Redbird Savings Card to be used from August of 2015 to July of 2016 is now available for purchase at several Darlington businesses.

    From Casey’s General Store: $2 off any large pizza.
    From Darlington Chiropractic: 10% off probiotics.
    From Darlington Country  Club: $1 off lunch.
    From Darlington Feed & Ag. Center: Free bag of dog treats with purchase of large bag of dog food; free suet with any bird seed purchase.
    From Darlington Mini Mart: Free small fountain drink or coffee with purchase of 8 gallons of gas.
    From F&K Tire Service: Half price flat repair on passenger or light truck tires.

    The Redbird Savings Cards cost $20 each, all of which goes back to the Darlington Chamber/Main Street Program, which supports local events in Darlington including Canoe Fest, Cinco de Mayo, Tunes at Twilight, Fall Festival, Christmas festivities and more.
    This year’s savings card comes with not just the traditional card, but also a key chain card that can be conveniently on a key ring, allowing multiple members of a family to take advantage of the card.
    When you use the card around town, participating businesses will now have postings reminding you to use your card and identifying what special or discount they are promoting.
    Cards are currently available for sale at several local businesses including: Bargain Nook, Bronze & Polish, Darlington Chiropractic Clinic, Images, Marilyns, First National Bank, First Merit Bank, New Horizons Co-op and Town Bank.
    Only a limited number of cards are available for purchase, so get yours as soon as you can. The importance of the Redbird Savings Cards is to remember to shop local first if possible. While not everything is available in Darlington, it is still important to continue to help support local businesses.
