Rosemeyer Management Group of Platteville made a five-year, $2,000-per-year commitment to fund scholarships for graduating Platteville High School students.

Jim Rosemeyer, a native of Platteville, has been a chiropractic practitioner for more than 25 years in Southwest Wisconsin.

The former owner of Rosemeyer Chiropractic, Rosemeyer has a number of additional business interests and founded Rosemeyer Management Group, a firm dedicated to creating financial strategies for life, in 2011.

“Lorri and I are both graduates of Platteville High School as are our four sons,” said Rosemeyer. “We have been long-time supporters of education in Platteville, both through St Mary’s School and the public schools. As Platteville natives, we are interested in giving back to our home community and in providing an opportunity for our youth to pursue their dreams and return to Platteville to meaningful jobs and careers. We know the costs of post-secondary education and understand the needs of our local students.”

“The Rosemeyer Management Group is dedicated to helping others reach their goals including giving back,” said Kevin Bernhardt of the PHS Scholarship Fund. “They are leading by example with this generous gift to the PHS Scholarship Fund.”

The PHS Scholarship Fund’s mission is to expand access to post-secondary education for the students of the Platteville School District. Since its establishment in 2010, the Fund has awarded scholarships to 57 students with a total value of $55,050. The Fund board has set a fund-raising goal of $50,000 to be given as scholarships to the PHS Class of 2013.
