Charges of child abuse have been dismissed without prejudice against a Union Center man.

Online court records show that during a preliminary hearing Feb. 11, charges against Jeremy Clark, 32, were dismissed.

Clark faced charges of child abuse, first degree reckless injury, and first degree reckless endangering safety for an alleged incident said to have occurred in November of last year.

By dismissing the charges without prejudice, the state may refile the case.
