Platteville police cited two people last week for different kinds of noise.

Ean Arthur Prill, 23, Platteville, was cited for a habitual barking of dogs violation early Sunday.

Police went to 215 S. Chestnut St. around 1:35 a.m. after a caller reported that a dog had been barking for a half-hour and sounded injured. Police notified the dog owner and told him to bring the dog in because it had been barking for 45 minutes, and the owner replied that he would bring the dog in in a half-hour, according to police.

David Daino Jr., 23, Platteville, was cited for disorderly conduct after a complaint of loud music at 325 S. Hickory St. Monday around 8:40 p.m.
