Noise complaints become underage drinking tickets

Platteville police issued several underage-drinking citations as a result of calls about loud noise.

Three 19-year-old Dodgeville men were cited after a complaint of “three intoxicated individuals” making noise at 515 S. Court St. Thursday around 11:40 p.m.

Carson Edward Dalsing and Alexander J. Rikli were cited for underage alcohol violations. Jacob Andrew Pluemer was cited for disorderly conduct.

Zachary M. Wallace, 19, and Timothy James Donnelly, 18, both of Platteville, were cited for underage drinking after a noise complaint at 185 Washington St. Friday around 11:45 p.m.

Cody John Rudie, 20, and Nathan Michael Hoffman, 20, both of Platteville, were cited for underage drinking after a noise complaint at 365 W. Pine St. Sunday around 12:10 a.m.

The caller reported yelling by men in the back yard of a house, according to police.

•    Thomas Lee Farrey, 20, Platteville, was cited for underage alcohol violations and underage drinking on a licensed premise Thursday around 11:40 p.m.

Officers saw Farrey in Brothers on Second Bar, 90 N. Second St., knowing he was not 21, according to police.

•    Austin D. Fluhr, 19, East Dubuque, was cited for underage drinking, resisting an officer and open intoxicants early Sunday.

An officer tried to cite Fluhr for having an open intoxicant when he took off running on foot, according to police.

•    Davi Degaspari Leite, 21, and Victor A. Tapia Gonzalez, 23, both of Platteville, were cited for open intoxicants outside Brothers on Second Sunday around 1:50 a.m.
