Two 19-year-old UW–Platteville students were cited for misuse of parking services.

Zach C. Nolder was issued a $295 citation, while Aaron Skarlupka was issued a $125 citation, according to UW–Platteville police.

Nolder reported in September that he had not received his parking permit through the mail, and he was issued a duplicate permit. Then, on March 22, Nolder’s original parking permit, which he claimed he had never received, was found inside Skarlupka’s vehicle by student parking staff, according to UWP police.

Skarlupka told police Nolder had given him the permit.
