Two people who claim to be living out of their vehicle were cited for two gas drive-offs.

One of them has two pending criminal court cases.

Randy G. Joslin, 31, and Sabra Jo L. Stanton, 30, admitted to taking $40.67 in gas from the Kieler Mall Truck Plaza Oct. 23 and $44.86 in gas from Donnie’s Tire and Auto in Dickeyville one week earlier, according to the Grant County Sheriff’s Office.

Joslin faces three counts of felony bail jumping and one count each of burglary — building and dwelling and theft of movable property up to $2,500 in Lafayette County Circuit Court, for an incident Sept. 2, according to court records. A preliminary hearing is scheduled for Nov. 23.

Joslin also had two charges, false imprisonment and battery — domestic abuse deferred, and two counts of theft of movable property up to $2,500 and one count of strangulation and suffocation dismissed as part of a deferred prosecution agreement Oct. 7, according to court records. The charges were for an incident June 29. Joslin pleaded not guilty to the charges Aug. 10.
