A 46-year-old Platteville woman faces four charges after an incident Wednesday evening.
Misty D. Hodge was charged with battery, disorderly conduct, and two counts of misdemeanor bail jumping.
Police received a call around 8:05 p.m. that it appeared to the caller that a child had been hit by a beer bottle across the street from his house.
Hodge has eight additional pending charges in Grant and Lafayette counties.
She has a status conference in Grant County Circuit Court in Lancaster scheduled for Aug. 27 on charges of fourth-offense drunk driving and prohibited alcohol concentration, misdemeanor battery, and two counts of felony bail jumping. Trial on those charges is scheduled for Sept. 9 and Sept. 16.
Hodge was arrested for drunk driving Dec. 24, and the other charges June 29, according to court records. She pleaded not guilty to the battery and bail jumping charges Wednesday, according to court records.
Hodge has a scheduling conference in Lafayette County Circuit Court in Darlington Sept. 24 on charges of impersonating a peace officer and disorderly conduct, and a harassment ordinance violation. The impersonation and harassment charges were for an incident March 1, and the disorderly conduct charge was for an incident June 18, according to court records.
