Miller retains seat on Boscobel School Board following recount
Todd Miller

There has been another twist in the April 4 Boscobel School Board race, with incumbent Todd Miller now declared the winner in Area 2 over Cherryl Knowles, 417 to 415, following a recount last Friday. Miller had requested a recount of the town of Boscobel ballots only after the official canvassing held Monday, April 10, showed Knowles the winner, 414 to 412.

The unofficial results immediately following the election had Miller winning, 417 to 415. Those results are now official and Miller was sworn in at Tuesday night’s board meeting along with newcomer Kim Trumm. Newly elected board member Wendi Stitzer was out of town and unable to attend the swearing in ceremony.
