Students returning to Neal Wilkins Elementary Learning Center Sept. 3 may not recognize the playground. Thanks to the Neal Wilkins PTO and other volunteers, the playground now has new, safer equipment replacing the old wooden and steel equipment that was removed and replaced July 15.
