Budgets and staff hires were among the topics discussed by the Boscobel School Board during their regular monthly board meeting Tuesday.

District Administrator Greg Bell gave a presentation to the board explaining a surplus of money for the upcoming school year, resulting from under spending in last year’s budget.

Bell explained that with expenses down to $467,591 the budget was pushed up into the black $448,950—pre-audit.
