Thanks to many area businesses and individuals, the 2014 Crawford County Meat Animal Auction was a huge success.   The Crawford County Fair Exhibitors work hard to raise their animals to show at the fair.

If you have not purchased an animal at the Crawford County Meat Animal Auction and would like to support local youth and purchase locally grown beef, pork, or lamb please come to the fairgrounds on Saturday, Aug. 29, the sale starts at 1 p.m.  Becoming a buyer at the Crawford County Meat Animal Auction is simple, sign in at the registration table the day of the sale, bring a photo id, a business card or letterhead and you are ready to bid on your first animal. If you are not able to attend, you can still support Crawford County youth.  Call Amy Oppriecht or Lonnie Achenbach 608-874-4420, for information on how you can place your bid by phone for a locally raised animal.
