Leon Logothetis, who gave up his job as a successful London broker to travel around the world on a motorcycle, will give presentations in the area Thursday.

Logothetis is the author of The Kindness Diaries: One Man’s Quest to Ignite Goodwill and Transform Lives Around the World. The book is based on Logothetis’ around-the-world trip that relied solely on the kindness of strangers for food, sleeping arrangements and gas for his motorcycle.

Logothetis is on a Los Angeles-to-New York trip, speaking about the power of kindness and human connection.

Logothetis will be at the UW–Platteville Center for the Arts Thursday at 2:30 p.m. and at Dickeyville Fire and Rescue Thursday at 7 p.m. Logothetis spoke at UWP in May.
