A pork supper to benefit the Gays Mills Food Pantry will be held this Saturday, May 19 at the Gays Mills Lions Park Shelter from 4 to 7 p.m.

“This is an important fundraiser for the pantry,” said Sue Fry, coordinator of the Gays Mills Food Pantry. It will supply much of the funds we need to operate.”

Meals are paid by a free will offering and all are welcome.

Bud Hansen of Arcadia donated the pig, which was then processed by the Holmen Locker in Holmen and the Kickapoo Locker in Gays Mills. Each of Gays Mills’ four churches has coordinated supplying the rest of the meal.

In addition to the meal, sausage and bacon will be available for purchase.
