The Creative Communities Art Canvas Project is a community art project involving 350 artists of all ages and talents from area communities. Participants receive a 6-inch-by-6-inch art canvas to artistically interpret the following nature quote.

Canvases have been distributed to area schools. The general public can be picked up canvases at the following locations:

Canvases must be returned to the Kickapoo Valley Reserve (KVR) Visitor Center by March 3, 2015. The canvases will be exhibited at the KVR Visitor Center March 7-28. The grand opening be will in conjunction with the Creative Communities Art Demo & Sale at the KVR Visitor Center on Saturday, March 7 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.. The exhibit is a fundraiser for the KVR Education & Events Program. The canvas will be ultimately sold through an online silent auction.
