Veteran health benefits discussed

Are you a veteran who returned from recent deployment or are you a veteran who is looking toward retirement and needs information on health benefits? The Gays Mills Public Library in cooperation with the American Legion invites area veterans and other interested individuals to a presentation about Veteran’s Health Benefits on Thursday, May 15 starting at 5 pm.

From 5 to 6 p.m., Laura Moore of the Crawford County Veterans Service Organization will present information on health benefits for eligible veterans. A question and answer period will follow the presentation. Time permitting, Laura Moore will assist Veterans in filling out VA Form 10-10EZ.

Snacks will be available courtesy of McCormick Rose American Legion Post and the Legion Auxiliary.

The presentation will be held in the Board Room of the Gays Mills Community Commerce Center, located at 16381 State Highway 131. For more information contact the library at 735-4331 or motis@swls.org.
