Jorgenson & Findley to move on in judicial election

Duane Jorgenson took 897 voted in the recent primary for Lafayette County Circuit Court Judge.

Duane Jorgenson and Kate Findley emerged with the two highest vote counts after the primary election for Lafayette County Circuit Court Judge held on Tuesday, Feb. 17.

Findley garnered 409 votes, while Jorgenson claimed 897. Other candidates included Gayle Jebbia, who amassed 349 votes and Guy Taylor who took 285.

Findley and Jorgenson will move on to the spring election in April to see who will be Lafayette County's next judge.
