ELK GROVE — A 20-year-old rural Platteville man was killed when his horse and buggy was rear-ended by a pickup truck on Wisconsin 81 Wednesday afternoon.

According to the Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department, Levi K. Kinsinger was riding west on 81 around 5:30 p.m. when his buggy was rear-ended by a truck driven by Eugene C. Jenson, 29, Platteville.
