Man killed in Iowa County crash

TOWN OF CLYDE — A 57-year-old Edmund man was killed in a crash on Wisconsin 130 Friday afternoon.

Karl A. Espeseth was driving south on 130 south of Iowa County NN around 4:05 p.m., according to the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department, when the truck he was driving went off the road along an embankment on the west side of 130 and overturned in a pasture.

Espeseth was not wearing a seat belt, according to the sheriff’s department.

The truck, owned by Premier Transport of Mount Horeb, was hauling liquid cattle feed, and was destroyed in the crash.

The Lone Rock Fire Department and Lone Rock EMS assisted at the crash scene.
