Nine people were issued a total of 13 citations after a noise complaint at 355 Center St. Oct. 5.

Cited for resisting or obstructing an officer and underage drinking were Cole Thomas Ferguson, 19, Chase W. Wiggins, 19, and Thomas E. Labrecque, 19, all of Platteville.
Michael Tisiano Ullana, 19, Casco, was cited for disorderly conduct and underage drinking.

Cited for underage drinking were Kyle Joseph Hoffman, 20, Platteville; and Jessica Rae Spooner, 18, Clinton, Iowa. Kevin J. Ybarra, 22, Platteville, was cited for loud or unnecessary noise.

Citations are also pending against Jared R. Gohlke, 21, Platteville, and Kyle W. Mountford, 19, Elkhorn, according to police.
