A 32-year-old Sun Prairie man faces three charges after a traffic stop Nov. 9.

Brian L. Schaal is being charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possessing a firearm while intoxicated. Schaal also was cited for speeding and operating a motor vehicle with a detectable amount of restricted substance.

Schaal was stopped for speeding at College Drive and Sunset Drive around 8:40 p.m., according to Platteville police.
