An 85-year-old rural Boscobel man has died from injuries sustained in a fire at his Homer Road home Sunday night.

Fire departments from Boscobel, Fennimore, Blue River, Stitzer and Lancaster were called to the Arnold Swenson home at 11:28 p.m. Sunday.

Swenson was rescued from the building by his sons, but succumbed to his injuries.
