A 26-year-old Montfort man was arrested after a search warrant found two one-pot meth labs and methamphetamine manufacturing materials.

Cade Kirkpatrick was arrested after the search by the Richland–Iowa–Grant Drug Task Force at 204 E. Main St. Wednesday around noon.

Kirkpatrick is being referred to the Grant County District Attorney’s office for methamphetamine manufacturing charges as a repeat offender. Kirkpatrick was placed on three years probation, including 90 days in jail, in 2014 after he pleaded no contest to a Grant County charge of party of possession of methamphetamine precursors.

Kirkpatrick also was placed on three years probation in 2015 on an Iowa County charge of possession of narcotic drugs. Kirkpatrick’s probation was revoked Jan. 19 and he was sentenced to one year in jail minus 174 days credit for time served, according to court records.
