For at least one week, the offense of public urination was an equal-opportunity offense.

Brian J. Jacobs, 21, Platteville, was cited for disorderly conduct after he was seen urinating in public at 255 N. Washington St. Feb. 21 around 11:10 p.m.

Morgan Alyssa Kazer, 21, Lodi, was cited for disorderly conduct after she was seen urinating in the parking lot at Mineral Street and Third Street Feb. 23 around 2:50 a.m.
