Third times the charm ... to get an excessive noise ticket

A 32-year-old Platteville man was cited after an incident at 1500 Packers Court Sept. 13.

Police were called about a possibly intoxicated person yelling outside a building around 9:40 p.m. Officers were unable to locate the person, but they did discover a McDonald’s bag with food, a damaged door knob and a wallet.

Police were called later that the person had returned. Police gave the man’s wallet back to him.

After police were called a third time, told that the person was “yelling and now more agitated,” police took Timothy Charles Long to Southwest Health Center and then to Tellurian Detox Center in Madison.

Long was cited for loud or unnecessary noise.

•    Luis Pablo Albis Tudela, 24, Platteville, was cited for loud and unnecessary noise early Saturday. Police were called about people yelling on the balcony at 250 N. Washington St. at 12:38 a.m.
